Who are you?
If you’ve found this blog you’re likely to be a new teacher discovering that your dream job is perhaps tougher than you had first imagined.
You’re not alone. A 2017 survey of more than 3,000 teachers under the age of 36 suggested nearly half may choose to leave the profession within five years.
Who am I?
